วิบากกรรมของบริษัทถ่านหิน

เรื่องการให้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตShale-gas จริงที่เมกาเป็นเจ้าของเทคโนโลยี แต่หลักๆเป็นเจ้าของโดย Oil(&Gas) Field Service Company เช่น Schlumberger , Baker Hugh , Halliburton … โดยในวงการ oil and gas จะมีตัวละครหลักคือ Asset Owner หรือ เจ้าของสัมปทาน เช่น Exxon ,Shell , Chevron ,PETRONAS , PTTEP , CNOOC , PetroChina และมี Suppliers ที่รับจ้างสำรวจ ,ขุด และ ทำหลุมให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมผลิต ซึ่งก็คือ Oil(&Gas) Field Service Company ในประเทศจีนเจ้าของสัมปทานหลักๆ ก็คือ Sinopec, PetroChina, Royal Dutch Shell, BP ,Chevron …. และบริษัทเจ้าของสัมปทาน ก็จะจ้าง Oil(&Gas) Field Service Company มาขุดและเตรียมหลุมผลิตให้

จะเห็นได้ว่า Technology ไม่ได้ถูก transfer จากอเมริกาให้จีน แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน จีนก็สามารถผลิต Shale Gas ได้โดยการให้สัมปทานผ่านบริษัทต่างๆ แถมบริษัทที่มาเจาะในจีนบางบริษัทก็เป็นบริษัทเมกาเอง ถึงแม้นว่าตอนนี้ จีนยังไม่ได้มีการผลิตก๊าซจาก Shale Gas แต่ก็กำลังสำรวจอย่างและเตรียมการผลิตในอนาคตนี้แน่ๆ เช่นเดียวกับที่เมกาเห็นโอกาสตรงนี้ มีหรือที่จีนจะไม่เอาบ้าง

1.ในเอเชียจีนมีปริมาณสำรองShale Gas มากสุดในโลก โดนถ้านำมาใช้จริง จะสามารถใช้ได้ถึง 300 ปี เทียบกับปริมาณที่จีนใช้ก๊าซในปัจจุบัน และออสเตรเลียก็มี Shale Gas ไม่น้อย

2.ถ้านับในตลาด Asia จีน ญี่ปุ่น เป็นผู้นำเข้าถ่านหินรายใหญ่ในย่านนี้ ถ้าจีนนำเข้าลดลงเพราะหันมาใช้ก๊าซมากขึ้น และญี่ปุ่น ถึงแม้นว่าจะลดการใช้ Nuclearลง แต่ดูแนวโน้มแล้วคงหันมาใช้ก๊าซแทน โดยเฉพาะมีแผนจะนำเข้าจาก ออสเตรเลีย (ลองอ่านในห้อง STPI)

3.ประเทศที่จะยัง import ถ่านมากๆอยู่ในอนาคต น่าจะเป็น อินเดียเพราะไม่มีกาซเอง และ จะได้enjoy กับถ่านหินราคาไม่แพง (ไทยน่าเอาบ้าง ^ ^ ค่าไฟจะได้ไม่แพง)

4.สรุป ถ้าจีนผลิตShale Gas ได้ และญี่ปุ่นเริ่มนำเข้า Gas อย่างเป็นจริงเป็นจัง คงยากที่จะได้เห็นราคาถ่านหินกลับสูงมากๆๆ อีก

5.อย่างไรก็ตาม Gas ไม่สามารถทดแทน ถ่านหินโค้ก ที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมเหล็กได้ ส่วนนี้ก็คงไม่กระทบมาก

Shale Gas ในจีนเริ่มผลิตไปแล้ว โดย Sinopec แต่ปริมาณยังไม่มาก ส่วนเจ้าอื่นกำลัง ประมูล , สำรวจและเตรียมการผลิตกันอยู่

โดยปรกติ กว่าจะสำรวจ ขุด เตรียมหลุมผลิต และสร้างproduction-unit คิดว่าคงใช้เวลา 4-6 ปีจึงจะผลิตได้มากๆ

รู้สึกว่า Shale Gas ถูกเจอมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ทั่วๆโลก เรื่องนี้ยังไม่มีตอนจบต้องติดตามดูกันต่อไปเรื่อยๆ แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ถือเป็นข้อดีคือ โลกจะมีพลังงานราคาถูก และปล่อยมลพิษน้อยใช้ไปได้อีกนานพอควรเลย Peak Gas จะถูกเลื่อนไปอย่างไม่มีกำหนด

มองในส่วนของจีน ถ้ามีShale Gas มากจริง น่าจะมาช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของจีนได้อีกมากโข นอกจากต้นทุนแรงงานจะไม่แพงแล้ว ถ้าได้แหล่งพลังงานในประเทศราคาไม่แพงมาเสริมอีก คงเสมือนพยัคติดปีกเลยทีเดียว
