อธิบายง่ายๆคือ เอาข้อมูลที่บริษัทเก็บมาแสดงผลให้มีความหมายผ่าน dashboard เพื่อการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ
ถ้าผมเข้าใจไม่ผิด ธุรกิจจะคล้ายกับอีกบริษัท elastic (estc) แต่ตัวนี้เล็กกว่าและโตเร็วกว่า บริษัทโตมาจากการเป็น opensource มาก่อน
