the Company's Expansion Plan
Dear Sir,
In accordance with resolution reached during annual shareholder meeting
held on April 26,2006 in which investment plan for business expansion in
Japan , China , Thailand has been updated.
At now , investment in Japan has been successfully completed on May 18 , 2006.
A investment at Kano Sangyo Co.,Ltd. Has been made , which is a structure
steel Fabricatior with H-Grade License from Japanese government ,located
in Chiba Province , only 30 min from our chiba stock yard.
By such investment , holding 11.90% of it share , now M.C.S.STEEL PUBLIC
COMPANY LIMITED can pursuer a completed project starting from drawing to
site erection through Joint force with Kano Sangyo instead of only part of
the total project as currently allowed.
Key elements to this investment are as followings;
Investment : Kano Sangyo Co.,Ltd.
Registered Capital : Yen 84 Million full paid-up
Business Category : 1. Design and construction of structure
2. Production and sale of steel structure
3. Production and sale of equipments
in steel structure
4. Regarding business above no.1-4.
