Dear Sir,

With reference to the Initial Public Offering for the Increased share capital
of 100 million shares at Baht 2.40 per share on July 5-7 2005, and total
receiving of Baht 240 million , deducting of IPO's expenses
Baht 7.50 Million and received (net) Baht 232.50 Million .
The company would like to summarize and report the using of increase capital
for the period of July - December 2005  as following ;

เรื่อง     การใช้เงินเพิ่มทุน
เรียน     กรรมการและผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศ

     ตามที่ทางบริษัทฯได้เสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนต่อประชาชน ( IPO ) จำนวน 100 ล้านหุ้นในราคาเสนอขายหุ้น
ละ 2.40 บาท เมื่อวันที่ 5-7 กรกฎาคม 2548 และได้เงินจากการเพิ่มทุนทั้งสิ้น 240 ล้านบาท หักค่าใช้จ่ายในการ
เสนอขายเท่ากับ 7.5 ล้านบาท จำนวนเงินที่ได้รับสุทธิเท่ากับ 232.5 ล้านบาท บริษัทฯขอชี้แจงรายการใช้เงินเพิ่มทุน
ในช่วงเดือน กรกฎาคม- ธันวาคม 2548 โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
